We are sorry your order didn’t work out! Sawada offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love our products, but understand if you need a different style.

Customers can submit a return request to the customer service team within 7 days after the package is delivered, and send the product back (without damaging the product and packaging) pieces.

Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition. A $6.9 return shipping fee will be charged for refunds. If you would like to make a return, email us at contact@shopsawada.com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The cost of return shipping is covered by buyers Please note that the request for a return must be made within 7 days. Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items.


Sawada will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

**Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.
**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 7 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.
